From Tuesday 6th May 2025 we have some new ways for you to communicate with us. Please see below:
In response to the parent survey we launch our new communications policy. We know that communication is important to you and the survey was clear that we can do better. To improve communication we have streamlined our approaches and made it clear around our expectations to respond to parents and carers.
An important change is that we are now asking you not to use MCAS to contact us. We are now asking that you contact the email box of your childs’ year group for pastoral communications and subject leaders for subject related issues.

We aim to acknowledge your emails within 24 hours and respond in full in 48 hours. We reserve the right to only respond to emails in office hours.
We have also increased the number of operators to receive calls and hope that this will make calling reception a little easier.
