THE QUEEN ELIZABETH ACADEMY GCSE RESULTS 2026
The Queen Elizabeth Academy is delighted to celebrate the GCSE results of our Year 11 pupils. We would like to congratulate every pupil on their hard work, dedication and resilience, not just over the last 12 months, but throughout their entire school career. Their results reflect not only academic success, but also the personal achievements and character values that define our academy community.
We are delighted to celebrate an extraordinary set of results from our 2026 cohort. Through hard work, endeavour and resilience, they have achieved excellent outcomes and should be immensely proud of everything they have accomplished. They have been a phenomenal year group and have continually to contribute to the culture of our academy and the wider community, and we will remember them all fondly for the positive impact that they have had.
These excellent outcomes are a testament to the determination and commitment of our pupils, the expertise and dedication of our staff, and the unwavering support of parents and carers who have worked in partnership with us over the last five years. Together, they have helped to create the conditions for our young people to thrive and succeed.
We are particularly proud of the many pupils who achieved the very highest grades across a range of subjects. Their success reflects countless hours of effort, perseverance and aspiration.
Amongst our highest achievers were:
- Kayleigh Walpole – 4 Grade 9s, 4 Grade 8s and 2 Grade 7s
- Kaden Wright – 1 Grade 9, 4 Grade 8s and 5 Grade 7s
- George Webb – 3 Grade 9s, 2 Grade 8s and 4 Grade 7s
- Anna Seiyaboh – 5 Grade 8s and 4 Grade 7s
- Emily Lindner – 3 Grade 9s, 1 Grade 8 and 3 Grade 7s
- Ollie Jones – 4 Grade 8s, 2 Grade 7s and a L2 Distinction
Commenting on the results, Alison Morris, Head of Academy, said: “I am incredibly proud of every member of our Year 11 cohort. These results reflect their hard work, resilience and determination throughout their time at The Queen Elizabeth Academy. While today is a celebration of academic achievement, it is also a celebration of the exceptional young people they have become. They have demonstrated our academy values every day through their kindness, character and commitment to one another.
